Michael Dell Customer Video

Delivering powerful proof points for Michael Dell’s keynote

In the opening Dell World 2014 keynote, Michael Dell was set to announce one of the most exciting new technologies for the enterprise seen that year.

Dubbed FX Architecture, the platform was Dell’s answer to the emerging trend of converged infrastructure which combined server, storage and networking capabilities in one box. While the technology was interesting on its own, Dell needed a customer who had piloted the technology beforehand and could extol its virtues in a compelling matter. Enter Willis Collaborative who was tasked with putting that piece together with Dell’s pilot customer, Overlake Hospital.

Armed with interviews with the Dell’s sales and marketing team, Willis Collaborative organized and shot interviews with Overlake staff in Seattle, produced a paper edit for review by the events team and Michael’s comms team, and then delivered various cuts to land on the energetic and upbeat testimonial seen here. The video was played as part of Michael Dell’s keynote to kick off Dell World 2014.
